Reservation |
Process
of reservation:
Reserving is very simple:
Ask about availability via e-mail (By filling out the document
below), telephone, or by the post.
Confirmation of reservation can be done via e-mail, telephone
or by the post.
A 30% down payment of the total amount can be made out by
cheque or money order & forwarded.
Deposit can be made in Canadian dollars or any other currency
(bank fees applicable).
Reservations
take effect, once the cheque has been cashed.
The balance of the payment is payable 30 days prior to the
date of your stay.
When the
reservation is made less than 30 days before your stay, the
total amount is required.
For reservations
during the week, the stay begins Friday 2 pm & ends the
following Friday at 10 am. We reserve the same hours for all
other reservation periods.
At the time of the reservation, a safety deposit of 300 $
is required, payable by post dated cheque, dated the first
day of your stay. As well, we accept animals under certain
conditions. Foresee another safety deposit in the amount of
150$, also payable by post dated cheque, dated the first day
of your stay. The amount of the safety deposit will be retained
in the event of damages
