Responsibilities |
The
activities depend on external suppliers and no commission
is involved between the parties. Only the client benefits
from the best price as opposed to the regular rates. The role
of Chalet de Mésanges is to be an intermediary between
the tourists and the suppliers (transporters, recreational
renting, etc.). As it is impossible to exert a direct control
on these organizations, Chalet de Mésanges declines
all responsibilities in the event that the suppliers and or
services do not follow through. As well Chalet de Mésanges
releases any responsibility for any complaints of loss, damages,
delay, sickness, injuries, discomfort, anxiety, resulting
from negligence or omission on behalf of the suppliers and
or services, transporters or renters etc…, sickness,
theft, strike, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government
restraint, weather conditions or all other causes beyond our
control. Passenger failing to procure/provide the necessary
traveling documents: passenger arriving late at the airport
the day of their flight, for whatever the reason. In the case
of material damages, loss of goods, theft Injury or death.
Chalet de Mésanges is not at all responsible for the
additional expenses, whatever they are, which may have resulted.
Clients relinquish all rights & hold Chalet de Mesanges
non liable for any of which may have occurred, as shown above.
